Passion is an understatement when it comes to Heather’s approach to taking care of others. She is relentlessly committed to providing the ultimate patient experience. Her over twenty-two years of medical experience, including clinical practice and leadership, has allowed her to build a deep knowledge and understanding of how to best serve her patients. Heather graduated from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University with a Doctorate of Pharmacy and is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy. She was introduced to laser therapy by her adult best friend and mentor, Patricia Cregier, Founder and Provider of The North Shore Laser Center in Massachusetts in 2016. Heather expanded her transition into laser therapy & skin rejuvenation after attending formal training intensives at The National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2021. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014 through BuddhaBalance and a 285-hour Masters of Wisdom Meditation Teacher training with Davidji. Both courses proved transformational for both her personal and professional journeys. She intertwines her personal love of nutrition and holistic life practices with traditional Western therapies. Heather lives by “ahimsa” — do no harm. OM was born to align her personal and professional love of caring for others. In order to elevate patient outcomes, her focus is on clear communication and collaboration with individuals and their care teams. All consultations and treatments will put you in her capable hands.

Sharing an obsession with quality service as well as providing the best possible client experience, Jonathan is a core part of OM Laser & Wellness bringing his wealth of knowledge in business as well as customer relationships. He has a degree from Belmont University and is also a graduate of New Look Laser College. Specializing in laser tattoo removal, Jonathan makes sure each and every tattoo journey is handled with respect, care, great communication, education, and effective treatments to provide and promote the best possible results. Shamelessly “nerdy” - he loves educating every patient on the science, technology, and advantages that OM Laser & Wellness can offer when it comes to the safest, fastest, and most effective Laser Tattoo Removal that can be found in the Greater Hampton Roads Area.
Jon R. Gray, MD, MPH
Medical Director
Dr. Gray has dedicated his career to providing world-class healthcare to his patients. He also prides himself in creating safe, patient-centered, comprehensive care plans as well as being an exceptional patient educator. He is excited and honored to bring his skill and experience to the patients of OM Laser & Wellness.
Dr. Gray graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2002. He received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD in 2006 where he also held multiple student body leadership positions. Dr. Gray completed residency training in occupational and aerospace medicine at the Naval Operational Medicine Institute in Pensacola, FL in 2009. Dr. Gray is board-certified in two medical specialties by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. A life-long learner, he has also completed a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, and has additional training and expertise in Laser and Radiofrequency exposures and the Medical Effects of Ionizing Radiation.
Dr. Gray is a United States Army Combat Veteran with over 20 years of active military service. His professional experience includes holding multiple clinical, academic, and leadership positions across the country as well as having collaborated with the FAA, the White House Medical Unit, and NASA. Dr. Gray is also a peer-reviewed author who has completed dozens of professional publications and presentations to both national and international audiences.
